Free dog chipping event at Swinton Library

A free dog chipping session is to be held at Swinton Library.

The event, from 11.30am - 3.30pm on Monday, has been organised by the Dogs Trust and dog wardens.

Owners can be fined £500 for not chipping their dogs.
