Four arrested for conspiracy to murder after two Sheffield shootings
A 17-year-old boy, 17-year-old girl and two men aged 19 and 20, who are all from Sheffield, have been arrested over a Boxing Day shooting at a Sheffield pub and a second shooting on Penistone Road last month.
They were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit burglary in relation to the two incidents.

Hide AdEmergency services were called at 10.20pm on Saturday, December 26 after a 26-year-old man was shot at the Old Harrow pub on Main Street, Grenoside. The man was taken to Northern General Hospital in a serious but stable condition and later discharged.
Another man was shot in the leg on Penistone Road on January 20.
The man was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
The incident was a ‘targeted attack’ on a particular individual according to South Yorkshire Police officers, who said there was no cause for alarm for the wider public.

Hide AdThe two teenagers and two men who have been arrested remain in police custody.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Enquiries into the incidents remain ongoing and detectives are asking that anyone with information who has not yet come forward calls police on 101.
“Please quote either reference number 479 of January 20, 2016 or 931 of December 26, 2015.
