Forty jobs are being created by the opening on a new bargain store in South Yorkshire.
Yorkshire-based single price retailer Poundworld has chosen Sheffield as the location for its third Bargain Buys shop.
The store will open at Meadowhall Retail Park at 10am on Friday, November 29.
Chris Edwards Junior, trading director at Bargain Buys, said: “We really are delighted to be opening one of our first Bargain Buys at Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield and we hope the new brand is received well by savvy shoppers in the city seeking out a bargain.”
Bargain Buys has been launched by the same father and son team behind national single price retailer Poundworld.
The store chain has more than 200 locations nationwide and plans to roll out the Bargain Buys chain across the UK, opening 50 stores in the next 12 months.
