and her team prepare all the food by hand and serve it hot in a buffet format.

It is free to enter, with donations to keep the club running welcomed.

Laura said: “Union Street is a prime location for getting people together, sharing ideas and delicious, wholesome food.

“Union Street has supported Turning Earth in the past as a vegan pop up café, so we are very excited to be back with exciting new events such as The Vegan Breakfast Club and hopefully some vegan supper clubs and vegan cooking classes in the future.

People who would like to get involved in the other side of the kitchen can also volunteer to help serve it.

The not-for-profit business is interested in launching activities in the city centre that promote community and wellbeing.

Aware that community-focused enterprises are not always flush with cash, founder of Union Street , Matt Hill, hires out the space at discounted rates to enable organisations to access rooms in the city centre.

There are pop up food traders there every day of the week.
