Flats project is given green light

Plans to build two blocks of flats in Thorne have been given the go-ahead by Doncaster Council.

Officials at the authority granted planning permission for the blocks of four flats, at Haynes Green, which will have their own car parking car parking.

The plans were altered after initially being rejected by the planning department.
