Firefighters from Central Station in Sheffield were called to a derelict property fire in Prince of Wales Road last night at 8.15pm.
Four pumps attended the incident and when crews arrived one property was well alight and the fire had spread to a neighbouring building.
No one was in the properties at the time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
