Fete fun raises £1,000 for town's hospice

A summer fete in Hesley Village - a specialist residential service providing accommodation and support for adults with autism - has raised £1,000 for St John's Hospice, Doncaster.

In the last two years, The Hesley Group, which match-funded the £500 raised by the fete itself, has donated over £3,200 to the hospice in the last two years.

Debbie Lanceley, general manager for the Hesley Group, said: “It is a pleasure to support the excellent service that St John’s Hospice provides.”
