It's hard to process any other thought, other than wanting to beat Panthers and qualify for the biggest game of the season.

Paul Thompson's team had gone behind to the Grand Slam-seeking Cardiff Devils in the 2017 final.

But the side dug deep until a knackered Levi Nelson thrashed in the 6-5 winner in double overtime.

John Armstrong and Colton Fretter were among this year's squad who scored and know that winning feeling.
