Fears for welfare of Sheffield man missing for eight days

Fears are growing for the welfare of a Sheffield man missing from home for eight days.

David Johnson, aged 41, was last seen in Deer Park View, Stannington, at 11.30pm on Monday, December 21.

He is white, 5ft 8ins tall, of a medium build and has short, dark hair.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Despite numerous attempts to find and contact David, he has not been seen or heard from since, which his family say is out of character for him.

“Officers looking for David are now asking for the public’s help to trace him.

“David’s family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare and officers are urging anyone who has seen or heard from him to get in touch.”
