Fake Festival is real big hit

Scores of music fans headed to Endcliffe Park to enjoy a rocking line-up of world-class tributes to Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters and The Stone Roses.

The event yesterday (Saturday May 21) gave festival-goers the opportunity to enjoy a full day and night of live music inside the huge Fake Festivals marquee.

Emma Bannister, licensee for Sheffield Fake Festival said: “2016 celebrates ten years of Fake Festivals. It was a fabulous day of live music and celebrations."

The Big Fake Festival takes place from 2nd – 4th September 2016 at Thoresby Park, Nottinghamshire will feature all twenty tribute bands that perform on the Fake Festivals tour.

The festival will take place inside a massive Fake Festivals Big Top, ensuring everyone is protected from the elements of the British weather. There will be a variety of food and entertainment stalls in true festival style, and camping will be separated into five areas; families, silent, singles, young and campervans.
