Excitement as popular Sheffield pizza bar to open another restaurant in Valley Centertainment

A popular independent restaurant in Sheffield is set to open a new site at Valley Centertainment.

Proove will become the first independent restaurant at the complex when it opens its doors to customers this August.

The restaurant has gained a huge flock of admirers in Sheffield thanks to the popularity of its Broomhill restaurant which opened in 2015.

They also have a site in Manchester West Didsbury as well as two Deliveroo Editions Kitchen sites serving pizzas for delivering in Manchester and Leeds.

Proove will open up on the former Prezzo site which closed down in April this year, along with its restaurant on Ecclesall Road.

It became the second restaurant chain to close down at Valley Centertainment so far this year as Handmade Burger Co shut its doors in January.

The 170 seater restaurant will have a £150k transformation and include two handcrafted, authentic pizza oven which will be shipped over from Naples.

Valley Entertainment will also welcome Thirty Nine, an artisan luxury desserts cafe selling Italian gelato, Belgian waffles and crepes.

The two new leisure operators join Five Guys, Nando’s, Chiquito, Pizza Express, Coast to Coast and Frankie & Benny’s at Valley Centertainment Leisure Park.
