Everything you need to know for Sheffield Pride including road closures and bus diversions

Sheffield Pride returns for its tenth year later this month and this is everything you need to know.

The festival will be held at Endcliffe Park on Saturday, after previously being held on Devonshire Green and Sheffield University's student union.

Revellers will pack into Endcliffe Park from 1pm to 7pm including a range of local and national acts.

Steve Slack and James Laley will host the festivities before Lord Mayor Magid Magid opens the festival.

A number of acts including Tia Anna, Smashby, Sam Wright and Em Capp will be performing on the main stage.

The free festival will start with the annual Pride March; from Pear Street off Ecclesall Road at 12pm.

It will then proceed along Ecclesall Road and finish in Endcliffe Park for the main event at 1pm.

Ecclesall Road will be closed in one direction from the junction of Pear Street towards Endcliffe Park from 11.30am to 1.30pm.

Outbound journeys on services 65, 81, 82, 88 and 272 will operate via London Road, Boston Street, Cemetery Road and Psalter Lane before resuming normal routes on Ecclesall Road South.

Services 65, 81, 82, 88 and 272 towards Sheffield will be unaffected and should operate as normal.

Service 83 towards Bents Green will operate via London Road, Boston Street, Cemetery Road, Psalter Lane, Ecclesall Road South, Knowle Lane and Ringinglow Road before terminating at High Storrs School.

Service 83 towards Sheffield will depart from High Storrs School and operate via Ringinglow Road and Ecclesall Road South before resuming normal route at the junction of Greystones Road.

Service 83a towards Fulwood will operate via Hanover Street, Upper Hanover Way, Glossop Road and Fulwood Road before resuming normal route at the junction of Rustlings Road.

Service 83a towards Ecclesfield will be unaffected and should operate as normal.
