The authority suspended grass cutting as a result of the coronavirus lockdown but its Streets Ahead team can now restart their work following the easing of restrictions.

A Sheffield City Council spokesperson said: “Our operatives have the equipment and support they need and, wherever possible, they are carrying out tasks alone or at a safe distance from others.
