Emergency services sent to scene
Firefighters were called after a car went up in flames after an arson attack on a Sheffield residential street.
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were sent to the scene late on Wednesday (September9) night, after receiving an emergency call about the incident at 10.16pm.
They arrived to find the vehicle ablaze on Albert Street, in Heeley. Firefighters say it was started deliberately.
A crew from Sheffield Central fire station on Eyre Street dealt with the incident, and turned a hose reel on the blazing vehicle to put the flames out.
They were on the scene for around half an an hour, leaving after the fire was out at 10.43pm.
