Missing Sheffield pensioner found safe, confirm police after search

Police have announced a missing Sheffield pensioner has been found safe and well.

Officers had launched a search for the 76 year old earlier today, named only as Paul, amid concerns for his welfare after he went missing.

South Yorkshire Police have now issued a statement confirming he is safe.

They said: “Paul, who was missing from Sheffield, is safe and with officers

“Thank you to everyone that shared our appeal.”
