Have your say

Primary pupils from around Doncaster converged on Outwood Academy, Adwick, for a journey through space.

The event saw around 200 pupils involved in making gingerbread spacemen and witnessing the creation of a comet, then observing the behavior of liquid nitrogen. They visited the moon by means of a Photoshop workshop in the MAC suite, and each school received a free telescope and souvenirs. A community Students of the Future open evening followed, steered by almost 100 Student Voice ambassadors.
