Eleven-year-old Joe Horne is on top of the world after picking up silver - his latest in a clutch of medals - in an international judo event held in Holland.
The Birley Spa primary pupil is autistic and dyslexic and competes against other youngsters with special needs.
Earlier this year he enjoyed double gold success in the British Schools Championships in Walsall. And proud parents Martin and Andrea are now wondering if they have the country’s next star Paralympian in the family.
Andrea said: “It is great that this is something Joe is really good at - it boosts his self-esteem.”
