A NEW pool hoist has been fitted at the Metrodome in Barnsley, making the pools more accessible for people with disabilities.

The hoist, which is at the shallow end of the Metrodome’s competition pool, has been purchased with funding secured from Barnsley Council by Barnsley Inclusive Fitness, Sport and Physical Activity Forum.
