Drink driver crashed into lamppost in snow in Sheffield
A man was found to be over the limit when he crashed his car into a lamppost on a snowy Sheffield street.
The collision in Norton occurred when snow started to fall and settle in Sheffield on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
It was reported to South Yorkshire Police at 1am on Wednesday and the 23-year-old driver was arrested for being over the drink drive limit.
He is due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates' Court later in the month.
