Firefighters from Doncaster station were called to Bawtry Road, Bessecarr, shortly before 10pm.

They spent around 40 minutes at the scene, using a hose reel to extinguish the blaze.

South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said the incident has been recorded as accidental – possibly due to a fault with the vehicle’s engine.
