Doncaster teachers in hilarious Olly Murs dance routine for lockdown pupils

Teachers at a Doncaster school have come up with a way to make pupils smile during lockdown – a hilarious Olly Murs song and dance routine.

Staff at Marshland Primary Academy School in Marshland Road, Moorends worked together to create the video which shows staff dancing around their kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and gardens to Olly Murs’ classic Dance With Me Tonight.

A school spokesman said: “All the teachers at Marshaland have come together to keep their classes smiling during these unusual and challenging times.

“We hope it will inspire other schools to do the same as it has put a smile on a lot of peoples faces.

Teachers at a number of other schools have produced clips to keep youngsters entertained.

Staff at McAuley School were filmed singing and dancing to Gloria Gaynor’s disco classic I Will Survive while Danum Outwood Academy employees performed a High School Musical number.
