The 19-year-old sons of agent Willie McKay have signed two-and-a-half year deals with the West Yorkshire side.

Both played in a U21 game for West Ham United last week and were linked with a move to the Hammers late last year but have switched to Elland Road.

The Star questioned Rovers boss Darren Ferguson about the twins following Saturday's FA Cup tie with Stoke City but he declined to comment.

Centre half Paul played the full 120 minutes of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Burton Albion earlier this season - his only senior appearance for the club.

Striker Jack was an unused substitute on three occasions this season. He made one senior start for Rovers - at Notts County late last season - and three substitute appearances.
