Cantley Lodge won't be reopening as a pub, customers have been told.

"I was informed that the property is to be converted in to either a shop or shops.

“I have enquired about Cantley Lodge and to date no application has been received to either change the use from a public house to a shop nor any planning application for works to be carried out. When this happens people will have the opportunity to make formal comment and it be considered prior to any decision being made.”
