Misterton’s Nicola Needham, is taking on the fitness trial in support of a friend, who was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammogram. She is now on the road to recovery, having recently received the ‘all clear’.

By taking part in Cancer Research UK’s ‘Walk All Over Cancer’ challenge, Nicola is hoping to highlight the importance of breast screening, while supporting the charity by raising as much money as possible. The fitness adventure, which takes place throughout March, asks those taking part to take over 10,000 steps a day, whether by walking, jogging, or running, raising fitness and health while taking the fight to cancer.
