Doncaster airport warns of possible delays due to snow

Passengers travelling to and from Doncaster's airport today have been warned that delays are possible today as the Beast from the East wreaks havoc across the county.

Snow is causing chaos on the roads, with many bus services delayed or suspended.

Flights are landing and taking off from the airport but passengers are urged to check with their airlines.

A spokesman for Doncaster Sheffield Airport said: "We are open however some flights may be subject to delays both arriving and departing so we advise that passengers check with their airlines and via our website for the latest information.

"Please plan extra time to get to the airport to ensure safety."
