Donations are rolling in for a Sheffield football club which lost all of its equipment in a raid.
Tinsley Juniors football club had its lawn mowers, nets, balls, gazebos and training equipment stolen from its storage unit earlier this month.
The club was set up three years ago and has over 70 children playing in five teams.
All its equipment was stored in a garage in the grounds of the former Tinsley Junior School on Bawtry Road, Tinsley, where the football team plays its home games.
Louise Butler, who has set up an online fundraising page to help the club pay for replacement equipment, said: "We would just like to say a really big thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.
"We have nearly raised £1,000 from local businesses and other junior football teams.
"From us all at Tinsley, especially the children, we would like to say a massive thank you. We can not express how grateful we are and how overwhelmed we are at the generosity of such kind people."
