Major roads around Sheffield are set to be hit by roadworks this week.
Sheffield Parkway has lane closures in the out-of-city direction on Wednesday. The same day, gas work begins which means Leppings Lane, Hillsborough, becomes one-way from Penistone Road to Catch Bar Lane, while Mosborough Parkway has lane closures between Coisley Hill and Moss Way for resurfacing on Wednesday and Thursday.
Main Road, Darnall, has stop-go boards off-peak from today until Thursday, while there are temporary lights on Ecclesall Road South for water works from today until Wednesday, also off-peak.
Temporary signals will be in place on Chaucer Road, Parson Cross, from today until Friday, for ducting works, while signals also operate on Crookes, from Lydgate Lane to Carson Road, for water main works, from Tuesday for a month.
Abbeydale Road South has temporary signals at the junction with Ladies Spring Grove for water works on Thursday evening.
