Discreet downtime
In reply to S Thompson in The Star, Saturday, May 21, I was not turning the screw on South Yorkshire Police or suggesting all public services work 24/7 365 days of the year.
They have turned the screw on themselves by their behaviour.
They are out in Kos to do a job and should be discreet during their downtime.
I have worked in public service and know the pressures and what is expected of you.
