Discount offered in bid to revitalise Chesterfield's crime-hit old court
The owners of Chesterfield's former magistrates' court are urging a new buyer to come forward and revitalise the historic, crime-hit building.
The derelict Grade II listed property - which has been up for sale for £450,000 since 2015 - has been empty for several years and become a hotspot for vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
