Dinnington put FA Cup dream on hold

FA Cup heroes Dinnington Town will put all thoughts of next week's clash with Brad ford Park Avenue behind them when they go in search of league points at Yorkshire Amateur.

The hosts have not won in four games at home while Town have lost just one in nine.

Brodsworth Welfare entertain Arnold Town where they will be looking to halt their slide down the table. Welfare have lost the last four leagues games, their latest of which was a 7-0 thrashing at home against Selby Town on Tuesday.

South Normanton Athletic can climb into the top six with a home win over Liversedge, for whom it is their first away game of the season. Athletic appear to have come through a sticky patch after losing just one of the last five.

Worsbrough Bridge Athletic will be hoping their first win of the season will help kick-start their season when they travel to Leeds Met Carnegie intent on improving an away record of one point from four games.

Staveley face a top of the table battle clash with the visit of second-placed Barton Town. A 2-1 win over Leeds Met on Tuesday saw Staveley climb to third and victory over Barton could well see them go top of the First Division table.
