Development plans for former working men's club
Plans have been submitted to Sheffield City Council for the redevelopment of the former Park and Arbourthorne Club.
The City Road site, close to Manor Top, will be cleared to make way for a mixed use development of apartments and commercial units, if the council gives them the go-ahead.
The project is being designed by Sheffield-based Coda Studios and being taken through the planning process by Coda Planning.
