A TEENAGE burglar from Edlington has been given a 12-month detention training order and an anti-social behaviour order.
The 17-year-old appeared before Doncaster magistrates and admitted a burglary at a house on Lockton Way, Conisbrough, where £150 worth of jewellery was taken.
The ASBO, which will run for two years, bans him from entering the grounds, garden or yard of any house without the permission of the owner.
The order applies to properties across the whole of Doncaster. If the condition is breached, he could be sent back to prison.
PC Jules Moss said: “It sends a clear message out that burglars will be dealt with in a firm manner.”
