Detectives hunting Rotherham flasher arrest 18-year-old
An 18-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of being a flasher who exposed himself in Swinton.
He is being quizzed over a series of incidents reported last week.
Police were called after a flasher exposed himself at the windows of an elderly care home in Wortley Avenue as well as at properties in Valley Road and Piccadilly Road.
A e-fit was released by South Yorkshire Police yesterday.
