DELAYS: Police close three lanes on M1 near Sheffield after crash

South Yorkshire Police are currently dealing with the incident, which happened on the M1 southbound between J35A Stocksbridge and J35 Thorpe Hesley this afternoon (Tuesday, August 11).

Highways England tweeted that the incident involved a single vehicle crash with an overturned trailer.

Three lane are currently closed with congestion in the area.

The incident is expected to clear between 2.54pm and 3pm.
