A rescue operation is under way after a Doncaster bus got stuck on a kerb during morning rush hour.

The First South Yorkshire service became wedged on a kerb on Radburn Road in Rossington earlier this morning, causing delays for passengers and other motorists, with tailbacks building up in the earlier.

It is not thought anyone has been injured in the incident.

Daryll Broadhead, Doncaster Operations Manager at First South Yorkshire, said: “We can confirm that there were no injuries and the driver was able to move the vehicle and recommence the bus service within two minutes.”
