Dead famous talk by Frank

Have your say

Famous people buried in Highgate Cemetery are the subject of Frank Morley’s talk to Doncaster and District Family History Society later this month.

Mr Morley has researched the cemetery and talks about all the Doncaster people buried there.

“If you have never been to Highgate Cemetery and wondered what it looks like come along and listen to Frank,” said society spokes member Alan Turner.

“Some of your relatives may have ended their life’s journey there.”

The talk is at the Doncaster School for the Deaf, Leger Way, on Wednesday, March 30 at 7.30pm.

The society’s research room at the Palgrave Centre on King Edward Road, Balby, is open to visitors, with volunteers on duty, but it is advisable to call 01302 311 930 before a visit.
