More than 100 people have signed up already for a bike ride in memory of Sheffield cyclist Eric Codling, who was killed by a drink-driver.

Dad Eric, aged 55, of Millhouses, died after being struck by a black Vauxhall Astra being driven by Emma Egan.

Ride For Eric will take place through Sheffield and Derbyshire this month to raise money for Cavendish Cancer Care.

Widow Karen said 141 cyclists had signed up, and £925 had been raised.
