TUCK in to a piece of cake and raise cash for charity at the same time at a special event in Sheffield.
Food project Appetite is hosting the ‘cake break’ as part of MS Awareness Week on Saturday, May 5. It is a cause close to the heart of organisers Ros Arksey and Clare Tollick, as Ros’s mum had MS.
Cakes, muffins and brownies from local producers - plus those donated by family and friends - are on offer at the tasting session.
Experimental tea varieties have also been created to go with the sweet treats by Teabox Online.
The event takes place at coffee shop Tamper Coffee on Westfield Terrace in Sheffield city centre between 12noon and 3pm. All profits will go to the MS Society.
