Youngsters in police lesson

Have your say

YOUNGSTERS in a Peak District village have been learning about the difference between borrowing and stealing.

They were given a talk by PCSO Anthony Boswell, of the Hathersage Area Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team, who visited the pupils at Great Hucklow C.E. Primary School.

PCSO Boswell said: “I visited the school and spent time talking to the youngsters about stealing and borrowing. They listened very carefully and were able to understand the differences.

“It is good to be able to speak to youngsters about right and wrong actions at an early age so that they are aware of the effects on others and also the potential consequences as they grow older.”
