Woman wearing Beauty and the Beast pyjamas goes missing in South Yorkshire

Police are concerned for the safety of a missing South Yorkshire woman.

Lorraine Fowlds, 48, was last seen near her home address in the Kingsway Grove area of Thurnscoe in Barnsley.

It is believed that she may have left in the early hours of this morning (Saturday, January 11) at 2am.

She is described as having dark down hair and is believed to be wearing Beauty and the Beast pyjamas as well as a pink zip up top.

Lorraine struggles with mobility issues and may have bandages on her legs.

Officers and Lorraine’s family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone who has seen her to call them.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “We appreciate the picture isn’t of the best quality and are working hard to get another one.

“If you can help please call 101 quoting incident number 363 of 11 January 2020.”
