Woman brazenly walks out of Meadowhall M&S with trolley full of stolen food and drink

She walked out of the store with a trolley packed with goods on Wednesday last week.
Officers dealing with a stolen vehicle found on a Meadowhall car park were waiting for a recovery truck to arrive when they said ‘a female turned up pushing a trolley as though she was a contestant on Supermarket Sweep’.

Hide AdSouth Yorkshire Police said: “The trolley was full with over £520 worth of shopping from a nearby supermarket.
“£520 worth of stuff that she hadn’t paid for.
“This female was more than a little surprised when we wandered over to say hello.”
The woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.
