A woman was arrested for assaulting a police officer at a Sheffield hospital.

South Yorkshire Police said the incident took place yesterday when an officer patrolling the Northern General Hospital spotted a man with a woman he is banned from having contact with.
The man was arrested for breaching the court order and the woman was arrested for assaulting the officer who spotted the pair.
Both are due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court over the incident today.
