One man said he saw two men shielding themselves behind the black car as it was fired at.

A carer from a nearby care home ran out into the street to help with emergency first aid before police and paramedics arrived to take over.

Hide AdThe witness, who heard four shots, said: “I heard four shots. I think they shot out of a white car with blacked-out windows into a black car.
“At first I thought it was fireworks but then I saw two men taking cover behind the black car and I realised it must have been gunshots that I heard.
"The white car drove off and the two lads from the black car carried the lad who'd been shot to a garden, where they laid him down.
“A carer rushed out and started doing CPR before police and paramedics arrived. It's lucky she was there but I think she's quite traumatised.”
