WATCH: Dramatic footage as Sheffield shooting suspects arrested by armed police
Dramatic footage has emerged of armed police arresting two men arrested over a double shooting in Sheffield over the weekend.
The video shows police swooping on a home in Broom Valley Road, Rotherham where they arrested two men, aged 20 and 23, yesterday (Saturday, May 9).
The men were arrested in connection with two shootings which happened in the Nether Edge and Machon Bank areas on Friday evening.
The incidents formed part of four shootings across the city in just 24 hours, including two more in Burngreave and Sharrow.
The footage, filmed by a resident, shows armed police instructing one of the suspects to vacate a property before he kneels down with his back to officers and is handcuffed.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson confirmed that the men remain in custody as detectives continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding the shootings.
