Footage shows South Yorkshire Police escorting Millwall fans from the Leppings Lane end towards the Hillsborough tram stop.
Police officers and a dog can be seen running towards football fans.
One fan is held onto by officers while another can be seen on the ground.
South Yorkshire Police have been contacted for a statement about the policing of fans after the match.
