Two dead in London terror attack

Two people have died in the London terror attacks, according to reports.

The BBC are reporting Whitehall sources as saying two members of the public were killed in the London Bridge attack, as well as the attacker.

Emergency services were called just before 2pm today, Friday, November 29, to reports of a stabbing at a premises near to the London landmark.

Video from the scene shared on social media shows members of the public holding a man down on the ground before he is shot by police.

Speaking a short time ago, Prime Minister Boris Johnson praised their actions and those of the emergency services.

He said: “I want to thank the emergency services and members of the public for their immense bravery in responding to this suspected terrorist attack at London Bridge.

“This is an appalling incident and all my thoughts are with the victims and their families."
