Three in court over stabbing

TWO men and a youth alleged to have been involved in a disturbance at a house in which a father-of-three died were due in court today accused of aggravated burglary.

Christopher Jones, aged 22, of Wales Road, Kiveton Park, 18-year-old Andrew Rowcliffe, of Treetown Crescent, Treeton, and a 17-year-old, of Treeton, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are alleged to have been being among a group involved in an incident at a house on Godric Drove, Brinsworth, where 40-year-old Justin Hague died.

Mr Hague, of Whitehill Drive, Brinsworth, Rotherham, was stabbed to death in the disturbance on Saturday, December 3 last year.

His son Karl, aged 19, also from Brinsworth, has already appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary in connection with the incident.
