Thieves raid charity skip

TWO men were arrested on suspicion of theft after a charity’s clothing skip was raided in North Derbyshire.

The container on Stanley Road, Killamarsh, was being used to collect clothes on behalf of cerebral palsy charity Scope when it was raided.

Offenders forced their way inside and were spotted removing bags of clothing and loading them into a car.

Officers on patrol in the area arrested two men, aged 23 and 26, from the Greater Manchester area.
