These are the latest convictions from Sheffield magistrates’ court

The following were convicted at Sheffield magistrates’ courts from January 15 and 16.

Alex Craig Fewkes: aged 20, of Victoria Street, City Centre, entered a building as a trespasser with intent to steal, entered a building as a trespasser and stole an item once inside, 20 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £207 costs.

Mark Heath: aged 50, of Jaunty Road, Birley, community order, unpaid work requirement, £80 compensation, £175 costs.

Debra Tomlin: aged 51, of South Road, Walkley, assaulted a person causing them actual bodily harm, assault by beating, six months in prison suspended for 12 months, alcohol treatment requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, restraining order imposed, £205 costs.

James Thomson: aged 37, of Lyminster Road, Southey, drunk and disorderly, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

Christopher Bradley: aged 36, of Richmond Road, Richmond, criminal damage, assault by beating, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs.

Wayne Brocklehurst: aged 49, of Dale Road, Rawmarsh, Rotherham, breach of non-molestation order, £80 fine, £72 costs.

Kay Price: aged 60, of Melrose Grove, Moorgate, Rotherham, drink driving, £287 fine, £117 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Lesley Ann Cox: aged 36, of Greenwood Crescent, Darnall, caused a person to fear that violence would be used against them by sending numerous messages of an abusive and threatening nature, discharged conditionally for 18 months, restraining order imposed, £106 costs.

Hono Luniama: aged 34, of Nottingham Cliff, Burngreave, carried a lock knife in a public place without lawful authority, 25 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, £162 costs, order for the destruction of the lock knife.

Andrea McKenna: aged 45, of Wombwell Avenue, Wath-upon-Dearne, drink driving, £576 fine, £142 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Philip Andrew Moore: aged 52, of Hill Top Crescent, Waterthorpe, assaulted a police officer acting in their function as an emergency worker, breach of restraining order, 20 weeks in prison, £207 costs.

Jack Sorsby: aged 19, of Thornbridge Drive, Birley, failed to attend an initial assessment to establish whether they were dependant upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £106 costs.

Lee Barton: aged 32, of Horner Close, Stocksbridge, criminal damage, £220 fine, £100 compensation, £117 costs.

Aaron McDonald: aged 20, of Doncaster Road, East Dene, Rotherham, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, refused to stop a vehicle when directed to do so by a police constable, drug driving, £120 fine, £117 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Sami Hassan: aged 34, of Cliff Street, Nether Edge, criminal damage, discharged conditionally for six months, £106 costs.

Paul Anthony Brown: aged 38, of Goosebutt Street, Parkgate, breach of restraining order, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, residence requirement, £175 costs.

Satpal Singh: aged 32, of Town Lane, Wingfield, Rotherham, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Richard Farrer: aged 41, of Lupton Drive, Beauchief, drunk and disorderly, £50 fine.

Leo Scales: aged 21, of Wordsworth Drive, Herringthorpe, Rotherham, possession of a class B drug, committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, £100 fine.

William Tiplady: aged 31, of Woodseats Road, Graves Park, assaulted a person causing actual bodily harm, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, restraining order imposed, £100 fine, £100 compensation, £85 costs.

Katie Whitehead: aged 34, of Winterwell Road, West Melton, Rotherham, theft, community order, drug rehabilitation requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, prohibited activity requirement, £175 costs.

Adrian Doru Golban: aged 30, of Carr Hill, Balby, Doncaster, stopped a vehicle on the A1M southbound, driving without due care and attention, £200 fine, £120 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Patrick John Carl: aged 51, of Laughton Road, Shiregreen, driving while using a mobile phone, £100 fine, £117 costs, six points on driving licence.

Michael Joseph Hart: aged 20, of Aldcliffe Crescent, Balby, Doncaster, driving while in such a position that they could not have proper control of the vehicle, £150 fine, £115 costs, three points on driving licence.

Thanchanok Rooker: aged 39, of East Bank Road, Arbourthorne, drink driving, £450 fine, £130 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Conal Evans: aged 21, of High Street, Killamarsh, failed to give information to the police about the identity of a driver, discharged conditionally for six months, £106 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for seven days.
