These are the latest convictions from Sheffield magistrates’ court

The following were convicted at Sheffield magistrates’ court between December 18 and 20.

All addresses are Sheffield unless stated.

Peter Stewart Bowbanks: aged 34, of Badger Road, Woodhouse, breach of restraining order, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs.

Marie Bradley: aged 61, of Duncan Road, Crookes, theft, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, £1,000 compensation, £170 costs.

Alan Raymond Jones: aged 46, of no fixed address, theft, criminal damage, assault, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or insulting behaviour causing a person harassment, alarm or distress, failed to provide a non-intimate sample, 26 weeks in prison, £100 compensation.

Margaret Willey: aged 52, of Bedale Close, Swallownest, Rotherham, criminal damage, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £1,892.82 compensation.

Ryan Anthony Fox: aged 24, of Holgate Avenue, Southey, assault by beating, criminal damage, community order, alcohol treatment requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £500 compensation.

Adam Makin: aged 23, of Water Slacks Close, Woodhouse, breach of restraining order, 12 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Ashley Alexander Martin: aged 25, of Leawood Place, Stannington, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, failed to report an accident to the police, took a vehicle without consent and before the car was returned an accident occurred causing injury to a person, six months in prison suspended for 24 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £207 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years.

Thomas Mills: aged 51, of Manor Park Centre, Manor Castle, drug driving, community order, drug rehabilitation requirement, £175 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Keeley Thornton: aged 29, of Aughton Crescent, Woodthorpe, assault by beating, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, alcohol treatment requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, £250 compensation.

Alex Winn: aged 20, of Grange Road, Swinton, Rotherham, possession of a class B drug, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £106 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Ashley Stocks: aged 31, of Greenwood Avenue, Darnall, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or insulting behaviour to cause a person to fear that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, carried a lock knife in a public place without lawful authority, 20 weeks in prison, £122 costs, order for the destruction of the knife.

Sarah Ann Davidson: aged 36, of Cawdor Street, Bentley, Doncaster, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver to the police, £660 fine, £151 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Paul Mosoara: aged 30, of Abbeydale Road, Nether Edge, failed to stop at the scene of an accident, being the holder of a driving licence in which your address as specified therein ceased to be correct failed without reasonable excuse to surrender forthwith the licence to The Secretary of State and provide him with particulars of the alterations, driving without due care and attention, £240 fine, £117 costs, five points on driving licence.

Leo Corrie Westmoreland: aged 29, of Occupation Road, Harley, Rotherham, driving without due care and attention, £250 fine, £115 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Emma Louise Johnson: aged 30, of Runnymede Road, Intake, Doncaster, drove a vehicle when the unspecified wheel was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed, £440 fine, £129 costs, three points on driving licence.

Patricia Lewis: aged 52, of California Drive, Chapeltown, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle to the police, £660 fine, £151 costs, six points on driving licence.

Mohammed Ramzan: aged 35, of Abbeyfield Road, Burngreave, driving without insurance, £1,320 fine, £236 costs, six points on driving licence, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Conrad Paul Dennis Knell: aged 26, of Newgate Close, High Green, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison, £80 fine.

Lee Roy Hirst: aged 31, of Florence Avenue, Aston, Rotherham, drink driving, £120 fine, £132 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

Ben Stephenson: aged 31, of St. Vincents Road, Town Centre, Doncaster, drink driving, £270 fine, £230 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Jason Lee Reet: aged 30, of Longley Hall Road, Firth Park, assaulted a person causing them actual bodily harm, eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, alcohol treatment requirement, unpaid work requirement, £50 compensation, £122 costs.

Brett Tony Fitzgibbons: aged 39, of Raisen Hall Road, Firth Park, theft, failed to surrender to custody, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 16 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.

Connor McAllister: aged 29, of Oaklea Avenue, Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, driving without insurance, driving a vehicle for which no test certificate had been issued, theft, £120 fine, £115 costs, £115 compensation, six points on driving licence.

David Gary Mills: aged 37, of City Road, Manor Castle, theft, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 16 weeks in prison, £95 compensation.
